Welcome, and thanks for visiting Devine Perks Pottery. These terms apply when you use this website (devineperks.com), register for a class or party, or commission a piece. By using the site, you agree to them. We’ve tried to keep the language plain — if anything is unclear, just reach out.

Using this site

You’re welcome to browse, read, and share our pages. Please don’t use the site in any way that is unlawful, harms the site or its visitors, or attempts to copy our content for commercial use without permission.

Classes, workshops & private parties

• Class dates, prices, and details are listed on the Events & Classes page and may change. Registration and payment are handled through our scheduling provider (Square).
• A spot is reserved once payment is received. Seats are limited, so registrations are first come, first served.
• Cancellations & rescheduling: If you need to cancel or move your spot, please contact us as early as you can. Specific cancellation and refund terms for an event are noted at registration; if we have to cancel a class, you’ll be offered a reschedule or a refund.

Custom commissions

Commissioned pieces are made by hand to order. Because each piece is individually crafted, finished work will vary slightly from any reference photos or samples — that’s part of the charm of handmade. Timelines, pricing, and any deposit are agreed upon directly before work begins.

The handmade nature of our work

Every piece is hand-built and glazed in small batches, so size, color, and texture vary from one piece to the next. Photographs are representative, and screens display color differently — small variations are normal and not defects.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, photographs, artwork, the Devine Perks name, and the logo — is owned by Devine Perks Pottery or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Please don’t reproduce or reuse it without our written permission.

Third-party links & services

Our site links to third-party services such as Square (registration and payments), Resend (newsletter and contact email), and our social media. We aren’t responsible for the content or practices of those sites; their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

Disclaimers

This site and its content are provided “as is.” We do our best to keep information — like class dates and availability — accurate and up to date, but we don’t guarantee it’s always complete or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Devine Perks Pottery is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.
