Devine Perks Pottery (“Devine Perks,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a small, handmade-ceramics studio based in Gulfport, Mississippi. We care about your privacy and keep things simple: we only collect what we need to answer you, send the things you ask for, and run our classes. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

We collect information in three ways:

• Information you give us. When you fill out our contact form or sign up for the newsletter, you may share your name, email address, and anything you choose to write in your message.
• Class & party registrations. When you book or pay for a workshop, that transaction is handled by our scheduling and payment provider (Square). Your payment details go directly to them — we never see or store your full card number.
• Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our host may log basic technical data such as your browser type, device, and general location, and we may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are visited. This is aggregate and not used to identify you personally.

How we use your information

• To reply to your messages and answer questions about classes, parties, and commissions.
• To send the newsletter and class updates — only if you asked for them.
• To schedule, confirm, and run workshops you register for.
• To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.

Email & the newsletter

Our newsletter is managed through a third-party email service (Resend). When you subscribe, your email address is stored with that service so we can send you updates. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time — no hard feelings.

Payments & class registration

Workshop bookings and payments are processed by Square, which has its own privacy policy. We receive a confirmation that you registered, but your payment card information is handled entirely by Square.

How we share information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We only share it with the trusted service providers that help us run the studio — such as our website host, email service, and payment processor — and only as needed to provide what you asked for. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Cookies & analytics

The site may use a small number of cookies or similar technologies to keep things working smoothly and to measure general traffic. You can set your browser to refuse cookies; most of the site will still work fine.

Data retention

We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes above — for example, as long as you are subscribed to the newsletter, or as long as needed to keep records of a class you booked. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from the newsletter using the link in any email.
• Ask us what information we hold about you, or request that we correct or delete it.
• Decline cookies through your browser settings.

Children’s privacy

Our site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will remove it.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
